Eating designer and food artist, Chef Nicole Schuchard boasts a first-in-class standing from Le Cordon Bleu Paris cooking school and a certification from the famed French Culinary Institute of New York in Food Journalism.  Owner of Three Olives Catering featuring Mulberry & Calvados, feasts and fetes, Chef Nicole is excited to bring a hands-on approach for class participants embarking on a culinary journey; in her new series The Art of Cooking.

​Chef Nicole began her career on the shores of the Atlantic working in top-end establishments with food network chefs and quickly moved into the role of Executive Chef using fresh and local ingredients and impressing her audiences.
